ABOUT MATRIARCH
Love in Action. Wisdom in Motion.
Held by History. Moved by Vision.
With vision, courage, and an unwavering belief in the power of community, our founders created a space for intertribal kinship, healing, knowing, and belonging. What began as an act of love became a home—built brick by brick, prayer by prayer, and strengthened by the hands and hearts of those who believed in its purpose.
Matriarch is more than an organization. It is a testament to the power of Indigenous love in action. We are an ever-growing collective of relatives seeking care, accountability, friendship, education, and safety. Our foundation is unshakable—built with intention, integrity, and the deep knowing that our work is necessary.
Matriarch is an intertribal community organization promoting healing, and empowering Indigenous women, Two Spirit, and non-binary relatives through intergenerational collective and Indigenous wisdom. This is a space to share the journey of Matriarch, the values it upholds, and the impact it aims to create within the community.
